Every Fat Loss Program I Tried Failed...
When I was 18 years old, I was beat and broken with my body image at an all time low. I had 6 months until I started university in San Diego, CA and I wanted nothing more than to get a six pack by then. After spending a few weeks online research 'quick fat loss programs' or 'how to get a six pack' each article I read left me more confused but I decided to pick a program that had a ripped guy on the cover.
The program had me eating a small meal every 2-3 hours with a heavy focus on protein (almost 250 grams per day). This seemed a bit excessive but I trusted my faith with the "experts". Over the next few weeks, my energy was low and I always felt hungry. Although I was dropping body fat, I knew there was no way to continue with this program long-term, maybe you can relate...
Feeling beat and broken, I went back to the drawing board to create new plan of attack to get ripped. I spent the next few weeks researching various tips and hacks to self experiment with. I stumbled across an article about Intermittent Fasting which was just gaining popularity so I decided to give it a shot since I never really loved eating first thing in the morning.
The first week or so took a bit of getting use to but I was starting to feel amazing. Pushing my first meal until the afternoon was an absolute game changer in my mood, energy, and satisfaction with my new meal plan. Restricting my feeding window allowed me to consume larger meals, be more productive, and feel incredible.
Over the next few months of Intermittent Fasting and keeping a close eye on my caloric intake, I was making serious progress. Within 6 months, I had gone from Fat to Fit and finally revealed my six pack!
I believe without a shred of a doubt, that Intermittent Fasting was pivotal in my success to rapidly lose body fat.
The Secrets to Getting Ripped without Losing Muscle
The key to building an impressive physique is having low body fat and a decent amount of muscle. That may seem obvious but a lot of fat loss programs tend to strip away both fat and hard earned muscle, we don't want that. In this program, there are certain methods that we implement to retain the maximum amount of muscle while still dropping unwanted body fat.
Let me put it this way, 15 lbs of muscle on a guy who is 10% body fat is WAY more attractive than a guy with 30 lbs of muscle at 20%. There is nothing impressive or special about being 20% body fat, the truly impressive feat is to get really strong with dense muscle and hover around 8-10%.
Stop thinking about being the biggest guy in the gym and shift your focus to packing on muscle in the right places. We do this by focusing on specific exercises broken into three phases.

Now, you are welcome to spend the next few months reading up on research and testing various techniques on yourself. But, there's really no need for that amount of effort and time. I've been a personal guinea pig testing a bunch of training programs, meal plans, macro ratios, all that stuff. Part of me wishing I just stuck to my guns and put 100% focus into my own way of doing things. But with the experiences I gained over the course of 1-2 years in an exploration stage to see if there were new ideas that helped make faster progress... From an early age, I always enjoyed playing sports and being active but as high school approached, I completely lost all interest in all team sports. I become sedentary, my diet consisted of packaged goods, and my motivation at an all time low.

I had 6 months to make a big shift in my life, not only physically but also mentally. My approach was aggressive and extreme, I was dead-set on dropping nearly 20 lbs and finally getting the six pack I desired for so long. Long story, short, within 90 days, I had 2 visible abs (big win), 6 months in and I had achieve my initial goal of six pack (absolutely unreal feeling).
Over the past 5 years, my approach to transforming my own body along with thousands of others has changed drastically.
